Women's History Month Storytelling Series: Immigrants

Women Ground Breakers of Chattanooga present the 6th annual celebration of Women's History Month & International Women's Day with a free and public Storytelling Series on four topics: immigration, education, civil rights, and veterans. Humanities Tennessee is a proud presenting sponsor of this series.  

Event #1, on the topic of immigrants, will take place on March 3rd from 5-6:30pm at The Walden Club (633 Chestnut St #2100, Chattanooga, TN 37450). Hear how women immigratns make a difference and inspire future ground breakers.
Storytellers include Dr. Mbakisya Onyango, Jessica Oliva-Calderin, and Nasera Souidi-Johnson. Historical context will be provided by Dr. Lisa Clark Diller, and the conversation will be facilitation by Denise Reed.
